Our new name - and structure

In September 2021, the Barnard Castle and Teesdale Circuit merged with our neighbouring Darlington Methodist Circuit to become the Darlington and Teesdale Circuit.

Made up of 10 churches, the new circuit stretches from Middleton-in-Teesdale in the west, to the villages of Hurworth and Barton to the south-east  of Darlington.

It's an exciting new page in the long history of Methodism in South Durham and North Yorkshire so to learn more...

... just click here to go the new circuit website.

Sunday Worship on-line!

The Circuit Service for Christian Aid week is led by the Rev. Alan Coustick. Please join us as we worship together .
